I have Erectile Dysfunction and ordered this pump to assist in achieving an erection. The pump does a good job. The opening is very tight for me. The pump expands my penis and the head of my penis gets stuck inside the tube before achieving a full erection. However, the pump has increased my girth from a 6-inch circumfrence to a 6-1/2 inch circumfrence. It's difficult for me to remove my penis from the tube, but I have found that using a lubricant helps if I pull it off quickly.
I am still experimenting with the pump and I may try lubricating the inside of the tube, to see if my enlarged penis will slide on through the tube, instead of getting stuck near the end of the tube. I think the rubber hand pump could be slightly hardend so it would not collapse before achieving a full erection, but that may be because the expanded head of my penis is getting stuck in the tube. With heavy lubrication, this could resolve the problem with the rubber pump in not being strong enough.
Currently, I can get to within an inch from being the full length of the tube, and I should easily be that normal length when fully erect. However, I believe the restriction occurs when my penis expands to the wall of the tube and is stuck there by the vacuum. As I said earlier, I am going to try some baby oil and lubricate the tube well before I start again, and see if this will fix the problem.
All in all, I would recommend this pump for anyone with erectile dysfunction. I would also recommend the use of a pill product like Cialis or Viagra. I am going to order the Extenze product and see how it does. I'm currently 62, but I'm not dead. I enjoy having sex as much as I did in my 20's, but today, I need some help with the erection and this product is helpful in achieving that goal.

the only problem for me is I had prostate surgery a little over a year ago
So when I take off this device my stuff goes back flaccid.
I thnk it is still a good tool to get blood flow back into the veins.
the Rubber part does comes off for easy cleaning. it is a little tricky taking off
but be careful as to not damage the rubber. I pull the inside out first then work
it off from the rim. overall for the money this will get you feeling like theres hope
for those of us with ED problems and for thoses of us who don't this seems to be
a great tool for pleasure!!

In certain respects, this item does what it's supposed to. But I myself practiced a more commonly educated method. (By the way, I received the flame red colored Fireman one) In addition to this, I use the penis extender. I'd extend for approx. 1 hour, occassionally stroking and massaging the sides of my shaft with lotion, in essence assisting the stretch. After I'm finished with that, I immediiately go to the pump. Now, ignoramuses will just pump away and leave it there or pump until it pops, and I'm not referring to the pump tube. :P
This needs to be used just like a bicep curl exercise. Pump until tight, relax a few seconds and let some pressure out very slowly, pump again, relax, pump again, relax - pump and hold tight, relax....and so on. This is a good way of testing the max pump potential without injury, and if properly and cautiously used, it will make a difference. That being said, using a nice and modest supplement will ensure a full amount of blood is circulated on the day you extended and pump.
When my wife wasn't paying attention for a week and a half...she asked right away... "Have you been extending and pumping?..."
My greatest improvement went from full erection 5 3/4 inches to 6 1/2 inchs, and at some points nearly 6 3/4 - within 2 weeks of extending AND pumping. And all without manipulating the position of the erection to appear longer. That being said, any man 5 1/2- 5 3/4 inches can be confident 6 1/2 - 7 inch erections are very easily attained.

This isn't something that's going to make you magically longer or thicker. It's not a male masturbation device. If however you have ED it's the tool you need. Some reviews are saying that it doesn't keep you hard however I've found that in using the rings with the pump, it serves the purpose it was intended for, assisting with the gain and holding of an erection. Don't worry about getting it stuck, it's pretty big and the 'release valve' is actually a hole you're covering with a finger. Just letting go is all it takes to release it.

So far so good. Can't beat the price at $5.02. The shipping charge was only $3.97 so for less than $9 bucks total it's the cheapest you'll find any where.
If you guys happen to have a automotive brake bleeder kit out in your garage the vacuum pump from it makes this thing as good as any penis pump on the market. Just use it in place of the little ball pump that came on it. They sell these vacuum pumps on E-bay for less than $25 but if you buy one like they sell for the penis pump you'll have to pay over $65 for it.

UPDATE:
I've had a chance to use this pump now approx. 12 times and it's still doing great. The pump they sent me is a little different than the one pictured but that was OK because it's got the sleeve that I was originally wanting anyway. Using the pump from my automotive brake bleeder kit is the difference in night and day when using this pump. You could put enough vacuum on your pecker to really hurt yourself with this auto pump but it has a gauge on it so you can keep an eye on it so you won't. The only complaint I have with this pump is that I don't have much room to expand width wise since I'm already at the limits on thickness inside this pump but I've still got about an inch to go in length. I've read that in order to gain length with a pump that you need to use one with a small diameter so the only way your penis can expand is in length. We shall see.
